🔹 Banking domain knowledge in current or prior projects with complex applications. Preferably regulatory reporting background
🔹 If no banking domain knowledge, strong working experience in complex fast paced environment
🔹 Experience working with demanding US based clients/POs in geographically distributed teams
🔹 Preferably worked in SAFE (Scaled Agile) Methodology
🔹 Expert in Jira and Confluence militance
🔹 Ability to influence and coach team as a SM to makeshift to agile mindset
🔹 Flexibility to collaborate with other teams in solving the dependencies and problems
🔹 Understanding the functional aspects of the delivery/application to help the team
🔹 Understanding steps to deliver from feature initiation to value realization in production
🔹 Owner of all the agile ceremonies as a collaborative facilitator and coordinator
