✨ Job Positions: Quality Assurance (QA) Lead

📝 Responsibilities:

👉 Quality Ownership: Take full accountability for defining, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and processes for software deliverables.

👉 Testing Execution: Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts, focusing on functional, performance, and security testing.

👉 Process Development: Establish and maintain QA methodologies, best practices, and frameworks in line with Agile/DevOps practices.

👉 Collaboration: Act as a liaison between development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are testable and aligned with customer needs.

👉 Defect Management: Identify, log, and track software defects using test management tools, ensuring timely resolution.

👉 Automation: Advocate for and implement test automation strategies and frameworks to optimize efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.

👉 Metrics and Reporting: Define quality metrics, generate reports on testing outcomes, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

👉 Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify quality risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.

👉 Compliance: Ensure QA processes align with industry and regulatory standards as applicable.

📝 Requirements:

👉 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on both manual and automated testing.

👉 Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and Agile/DevOps workflows. Proficiency in using test management tools like Jira, Zephyr, or TestRail.

👉 Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or Tricentis Tosca.

👉 Strong skills in API testing tools like Postman or Rest Assured.

👉 Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

👉 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

👉 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

👉 Ability to manage testing efforts across multiple projects simultaneously as an individual contributor.

📝 Nice to Have:

👉 Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA are highly desirable. Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).Hands-on experience in performance testing and load testing.
