🎯 Skills: 

▪︎ 8-12 years developing QA tooling and systems 

▪︎ 5-7 years' experience of leading a team of QA automation specialists & QA Engineers with a track record of developing team members 

▪︎ Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes & systems 

▪︎ Experience of both manual & automated testing 

▪︎ Detailed problem-solving skills. 

▪︎ Experience of working with other development teams to ensure quality is designed in at all stages of product lifecycle 

▪︎ Understanding of software development methodologies (ie Agile, Scrum)
