We’re looking for a seasoned Oracle Functional Testing Lead to join our growing team. If you're skilled in Oracle ERP modules like Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Financial Reconciliation, this is a great opportunity to lead complex enterprise testing projects.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

▪︎ Lead the end-to-end functional testing for Oracle ERP applications.

▪︎ Define test strategy, scope, and plans for functional modules.

▪︎ Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and QA teams.

▪︎ Validate financial transactions, ledger entries, and reporting logic.

▪︎ Drive test execution, issue tracking, and UAT sign-off.

▪︎ Contribute to process improvements and best practices.

▪︎ Provide mentorship to junior testers and ensure QA governance.

🎯 Must Have Skills:

● 8+ years of Oracle Functional Testing experience

● Expertise in any of the following Oracle ERP modules:

● Record to Report (R2R)

● Procure to Pay (Indirect P2P)

● Financial Master Data Management

● Financial Closing & Reconciliation

● Application Security and Controls
