🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead test automation strategy and technical direction.
- Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks utilizing Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium.
- Choose automation test cases based on ROI, risk assessment, and stability.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
- Implement best practices like Page Object Model (POM) and modular design.
- Efficiently manage test data and environments.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, and SoapUI.
- Employ test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, and Zephyr for traceability and reporting.
- Perform performance testing with JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Operate in containerized environments using Docker/Test Containers.
- Utilize cloud-based platforms like Browser Stack and Sauce Labs for cross-browser testing.
- Identify automation opportunities in collaboration with development and business teams.
- Mentor and provide guidance to QA team members.
- Ensure quality in test plans, cases, and defect reporting.
- Continuously enhance QA processes and monitor automation ROI.
- Research and implement new testing tools and methodologies.
- Communicate progress, risks, and metrics to stakeholders.
🎯 Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of software QA experience, with 5+ years in automation and 3+ years in a senior/architect role.
