🧩 Role Overview – TOSCA TestSuite Lead (Automation | Enterprise QA)
Manhunt Consulting is hiring an experienced TOSCA TestSuite Lead to work on enterprise-level automation testing projects across multiple domains.
This is a high-value automation role ideal for professionals looking to build expertise in model-based testing, enterprise automation frameworks, and large-scale QA transformations—high CPC and high-growth areas in the global tech market.
In this role, you will:
• Lead automation testing initiatives using TOSCA TestSuite
• Work on enterprise-grade applications and complex workflows
• Drive QA strategy and automation excellence
You will play a key role in improving test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall software quality across large-scale systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement automation frameworks using TOSCA TestSuite
• Lead end-to-end testing activities across SDLC phases
• Create reusable automation components and test modules
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement analysis and test planning
• Identify, log, and track defects with detailed analysis
• Ensure high test coverage and automation scalability
• Mentor junior QA engineers and guide best practices
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release planning
• Optimize QA processes for efficiency and quality delivery
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in Software Testing / Automation
• Strong hands-on experience with TOSCA TestSuite (Mandatory)
• Experience in automation framework design and execution
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with API Testing and Web Services
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
• Exposure to enterprise applications and large-scale systems
• ISTQB or relevant QA certifications
