Key Responsibilities:
-Source and attract candidates via job portals, social media, and networking.
-Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
-Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
-Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and provide feedback.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recommend recruitment strategies.
-Maintain recruitment records.
-Assist with administrative tasks.
-Participate in organizing company events and careers days.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
-Proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the IT sector.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
