🧩 Role Overview – IT QA Analyst (Hybrid | Canada)
We are hiring an experienced IT QA Analyst to drive quality assurance initiatives across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
This role requires hands-on experience in:
Functional, Regression & Integration Testing
Performance Testing
Defect Management & Risk Assessment
Automation & QA Process Optimization
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product stability, reliability, and successful production deployments.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and execute test cases, scripts, and detailed test plans
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Identify, log, and track defects; collaborate with delivery teams for resolution
Review requirements and provide accurate QA effort estimates
Own quality checkpoints across the SDLC lifecycle
Validate deliverables against specifications before release
Contribute to refining QA processes and quality controls
Support post-release testing to ensure deployment success
Help evolve the organization’s overall QA strategy
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience as an IT QA Analyst
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies & STLC
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Strong regression testing background
Experience with test management & defect tracking tools
Knowledge of automation frameworks and performance testing tools
Experience scaling automation & performance testing practices
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
