🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Execute testing and validation for digital marketing campaigns across web, mobile, email, and call centre platforms
• Translate project requirements into test data and testing scenarios
• Update and manage test data attributes using SQL statements
• Create testing artifacts including test scenarios, test cases, and regression models
• Perform test execution and validation within Agile sprint cycles
• Identify and log defects while managing issue tracking and reporting
• Search and mine test data from application source systems
• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution across test and production environments
• Maintain testing documentation including training materials and regression models
• Collaborate with the Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) to ensure alignment with testing standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices across digital marketing initiatives
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software or business testing roles
• Experience testing web applications and mobile applications
• Strong understanding of test case creation, regression testing, and functional testing
• Knowledge of database querying and data validation using SQL
• Experience with digital marketing deployment tools such as SAS or Adobe Campaign
• Familiarity with Jira, Wrike, or similar defect tracking tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience working in Agile software development environments
• Certification such as CSTE (Certified Software Test Engineer) is considered an advantage
