🧩 Role Overview – DevOps / SRE Architect (Cloud | AI | Platform Engineering)
Calsoft is hiring a DevOps / SRE Architect to lead next-generation platform engineering and AI-powered operations initiatives.
This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for professionals who combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking in cloud, automation, and AI-driven DevOps—one of the fastest-growing and highest-paying domains globally.
In this role, you will:
• Architect scalable DevOps and SRE platforms
• Embed AI into CI/CD, observability, and incident management
• Lead engineering teams and drive delivery excellence
You will play a critical role in shaping enterprise DevOps strategies and building intelligent, self-healing systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive DevOps/SRE architecture and best practices
• Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles
• Integrate AI/LLM-based automation into DevOps workflows (AIOps)
• Build observability frameworks for monitoring, logging, and tracing
• Lead incident response, auto-remediation, and reliability engineering
• Collaborate with clients for solution design, presales, and workshops
• Architect cloud-native platforms using Kubernetes and microservices
• Mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance optimization
• Contribute to strategic decision-making and innovation initiatives
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Hands-on experience with GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
• Experience in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Exposure to AI/ML, LLM pipelines, or AIOps implementations
• Strong architectural and solution design capabilities
• Experience in client-facing roles, presales, and technical consulting
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with auto-remediation frameworks and self-healing systems
• Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Exposure to telecom, storage, or networking domains
• Certifications in Cloud / Kubernetes / DevOps
• Experience with security and compliance in cloud environments
