🧩 Role Overview – QA Test Engineer (Manual + Automation | Agile Environment)
The Blueflame Labs is hiring a QA Test Engineer with strong manual testing expertise and exposure to automation testing.
This role is ideal for professionals looking to grow in high-demand QA domains like automation testing, SaaS product testing, and Agile delivery—key areas with strong market demand and high CPC value.
In this role, you will:
• Perform end-to-end testing across applications
• Work closely with cross-functional teams
• Ensure high-quality product delivery and seamless user experience
You will play a key role in maintaining product quality, performance, and reliability.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing across web and application systems
• Design and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing
• Support automation testing initiatives and script execution
• Identify, document, and track defects with proper reporting
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for issue resolution
• Ensure clarity in requirements and testing coverage
• Maintain test documentation and QA reports
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA processes
• Ensure high-quality releases and user experience
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in QA / Testing
• Strong expertise in Manual Testing
• Good exposure to Automation Testing
• Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand requirements and collaborate effectively
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to SaaS or cloud-based application testing
