🧩 Role Overview – SDET I / SDET II (Automation Testing & Quality Engineering)
Deloitte is hiring SDET professionals to join HashedIn by Deloitte and work on impactful, scalable products.
This role is ideal for QA engineers passionate about automation testing, framework development, CI/CD quality practices, and end-to-end product assurance.
In this role, you will:
• Build automation frameworks across Web, API, and Mobile platforms
• Ensure high-quality software releases through continuous testing
• Work closely with engineering and product teams on modern products
You will play a key role in improving delivery speed, product reliability, and customer experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts
• Build and enhance automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and test case design
• Identify, track, and resolve defects using Jira / Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams
• Support performance, load, and advanced testing scenarios
• Improve QA processes, standards, and automation maturity
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices (for experienced candidates)
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA
• SDET I: 1–3 years experience in QA / Automation Testing
• SDET II: 3–6 years experience in QA / Automation Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
• Proficiency in Java / Python or similar OOP language
• Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI)
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience in automation framework development
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
• Willingness to work across Web, API, and Mobile testing
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Performance testing with JMeter / LoadRunner
• Cloud testing exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Docker / Kubernetes familiarity
• BDD frameworks like Cucumber
• Security testing awareness
