🧩 Role Overview – Manual Tester (Web & Mobile Testing)
DL Spectrum is hiring Manual Testers to support quality assurance initiatives across web and mobile applications.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong testing fundamentals who enjoy finding defects, validating functionality, and ensuring bug-free product releases.
In this role, you will:
• Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications
• Create and execute effective test cases
• Track bugs and improve product quality
You will play a key role in ensuring stable releases and excellent end-user experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications
• Create, review, and execute test cases based on requirements
• Validate functional workflows and business scenarios
• Identify, track, and report bugs using JIRA, ADO, or similar tools
• Perform regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing
• Collaborate with developers, BA, and product teams
• Ensure quality standards before production releases
• Maintain test reports and defect documentation
• Support Agile sprint testing cycles
• Improve QA processes and testing efficiency
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience in Manual Functional Testing
• Strong understanding of QA concepts and STLC fundamentals
• Hands-on experience in creating and executing test cases
• Experience using JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience testing web and mobile applications preferred
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• API Testing using Postman
• Basic SQL knowledge for backend validation
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Exposure to automation testing tools
• Mobile device/browser compatibility testing
