🧩 Role Overview – QA Manual Tester
Cibirix is hiring an experienced QA Manual Tester with 4.5+ years of experience for an onsite opportunity in Indore.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented QA professional who enjoys identifying defects before they impact end users and has a strong quality-first mindset.
The selected candidate will contribute to software quality throughout the testing lifecycle by analyzing requirements, executing test scenarios, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver reliable applications.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze functional and business requirements to identify testing scenarios
• Design, review, and execute comprehensive manual test cases
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and Sanity Testing
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects
• Prepare detailed bug reports with clear reproduction steps
• Perform defect retesting and verification
• Validate application functionality against business requirements
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve defects
• Participate in requirement discussions and QA planning activities
• Support release testing and production validation
• Maintain QA documentation and test execution reports
• Continuously improve test coverage and overall product quality
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• 4.5+ years of professional experience in Manual Software Testing
• Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing
• Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused approach
• Strong understanding of Functional and Regression Testing
• Experience in Test Case Design and Execution
• Good knowledge of Defect Tracking and Bug Reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred
