🧩 Role Overview – Manual Test Lead
InnVectra is hiring a Manual Test Lead with 4–8 years of experience for its Hyderabad team.
This opportunity is designed for experienced QA professionals with strong expertise in manual testing, STLC, defect lifecycle management, test management, and quality assurance best practices.
The selected candidate will help coordinate testing activities, maintain quality standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure software releases meet functional and business requirements.
Hands-on experience with Homer Software is specifically required, while exposure to automation frameworks will be an added advantage.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate manual testing activities across project releases
• Analyze business and functional requirements and identify testing scenarios
• Design, review, and execute detailed test cases
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and Sanity Testing
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects
• Manage the complete defect lifecycle from identification through closure
• Monitor test execution progress and provide QA status updates
• Work with developers and project stakeholders to resolve testing issues
• Use defect tracking and test management tools effectively
• Maintain QA documentation, test reports, and quality metrics
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning activities
• Contribute to QA process improvements and testing best practices
• Support release validation and production readiness activities
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• 4–8 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
• Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing
• Excellent understanding of STLC
• Strong knowledge of Defect Lifecycle Management
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
• Hands-on experience with Homer Software
• Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
