The hiring organization is looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Software Testing, Automation Engineering, AI-assisted testing, and Performance Testing.
This role is ideal for experienced QA professionals who possess strong expertise in designing automation frameworks from scratch, implementing AI-based testing methodologies, and executing comprehensive performance testing across complex application architectures.
In this role, you will:
• Design, build, and scale robust QA automation frameworks from scratch
• Leverage AI tools and methodologies to improve test coverage, automated script generation, and anomaly detection
• Execute load, stress, scalability, and integration testing
• Develop automated test reporting dashboards for real-time release quality visibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
You will contribute to improving software quality, test automation efficiency, application performance, and release reliability.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable QA automation frameworks from scratch
• Implement AI-powered testing approaches to enhance test coverage and automation efficiency
• Leverage AI tools for automated test script generation and anomaly detection
• Perform comprehensive performance testing, including load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing
• Execute integration testing across complex software architectures
• Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and support quality improvements

🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation
• Strong experience designing, developing, and scaling automation frameworks from scratch

• Experience executing performance testing, including load, stress, and scalability testing
