🕒 Skills Required:
● Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
● Strong knowledge of manual testing, including regression, re-testing, smoke, sanity, static, dynamic, verification, and validation.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Proficient in drafting test artifacts such as test plans, test strategies, test cases, and RTMs.
● Ability to think from a business user's perspective.
● Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving, creativity, critical thinking, data analysis, and research.
● Novice-level experience in automation with any framework, such as Selenium, WebdriverIO, Protractor, or AI-based automation tools.
● Good knowledge of languages like Java/ Javascript.
● Experience with testing methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, V model, and iterative-incremental.
● Experience with project management tools like Zoho Project, JIRA, and Rally.
● Understanding of both US and UK (British) accents.
✨ Nice To Have:
● Proficient in wireframing using tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, and Canva.
● Experienced in client interactions and project management.
● Skilled in team leadership and coordination.
● Knowledge of version control tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.
● Knowledge in non-functional testing with tools like JMeter and Blaze Meter.
