🔍 Responsibilities:
➤ Develops and executes test cases from approved test plan, project requirements and design documents
➤ Execute automation scripts
➤ Develops defect root cause analysis and verify defect fixes
➤ Perform in-depth UI and Interface testing across batch jobs and Interfaces ( web services, APIs, batch).
➤ Conduct backend/database testing using complex SQL queries to validate data flow and storage, and effective troubleshooting
➤ Independently collaborate with all functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production and testing issues
