💡 Job Responsibilities:
● Create effective test strategies and test plans.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate client needs effectively.
● Design & execute watertight test cases/scenarios based on business requirements.
● Create bug reports and coordinate with the dev team.
● Analyze user stories/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
● Work with users, business analysts, developers, and project support to understand the scope of work.
● Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software testing life cycle.
● Document requirements when necessary.
● Automate test cases using Selenium, WebDriver IO, and AI-enabled test frameworks.
● Provide accurate estimates for project work.
● Offer innovative ideas from an end-user perspective.
● Deliver comprehensive test closure reports.
● Adapt to the latest technologies and tools.
📊 Skills Required:
● Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
● Strong knowledge of manual testing, including regression, re-testing, smoke, sanity, static, dynamic, verification, and validation.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Proficient in drafting test artifacts such as test plans, test strategies, test cases, and RTMs.
● Ability to think from a business user's perspective.
● Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving, creativity, critical thinking, data analysis, and research.
● Novice-level experience in automation with any framework, such as Selenium, WebDriver IO, Protractor, or AI-based automation tools.
● Good knowledge of languages like Java/ JavaScript.
● Experience with testing methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, V model, and iterative-incremental.
● Experience with project management tools like Zoho Project, JIRA, and Rally.
● Understanding of both US and UK (British) accents.
