📊 Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using ReactJS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
Write clean, maintainable code adhering to best practices and design principles.
Ensure application accessibility by following WCAG guidelines.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across applications.
Optimize applications for performance, focusing on core web vitals and loading speeds.
Utilize modern HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript practices to build responsive and mobile-first applications.
Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.
💻 Mandatory Skills:
🔹In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3; familiarity with BEM methodology is preferred.
🔹Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
🔹Detailed knowledge of JavaScript (ES6) features and best practices.
🔹Experience with the Atomic design paradigm is a plus.
🔹Familiarity with RESTful and Graph QL APIs for data integration.
🔹Understanding of web accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.
🔹Expertise in design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
🔹Proficient in front-end development, particularly within JAM stack architecture.
🔹Strong experience in responsive design and mobile-first application development.
🔹Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
🔹Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
🔹Deep understanding of core web vitals, performance optimization techniques, and best practices.
🛡 Good to Have:
🔹Understanding of information architecture and content structuring.
🔹Ability to benchmark and optimize applications, utilizing browser developer tools for performance insights.
🔹Familiarity with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
🔹Knowledge of Micro Frontend concepts and Headless Implementation is a plus.
🔹Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
