🎯 Job Description--

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Support Engineer to join our operations/support project. The role demands advanced technical skills and strong leadership abilities to handle complex support issues and ensure smooth operations. The Senior Support Engineer will provide 24x7 support, including managing odd-hour shifts and leading the support team.

🎯Key Responsibilities:

👉 Oversee and optimize the monitoring of processes, alerts, and ETL flows to proactively identify and resolve issues.

👉 Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex incidents within service level agreements (SLA).

👉 Mentor and guide junior support engineers, including providing training.

👉 Analyze current processes and workflows to identify and implement improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

👉 Create and maintain detailed documentation of incidents, processes, and solutions.

🎯 Required Skills:

👉 In-depth understanding of database management, cloud computing, and ETL concepts.

👉 Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.

👉 Knowledge of Python, including the ability to develop and debug complex scripts.

👉 Proficiency in Excel functions, including complex formulas, macros, and data analysis tools.

👉 Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
