We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle. This role is integral to each sprint, ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

👉 Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and API applications.

👉 Define the scope of testing for each sprint, including functional and regression testing.

👉 Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

👉 Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools like Jira.

👉 Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

👉 Perform automation testing using tools like Selenium, Appium, or other relevant frameworks.

👉 Work closely with cross👉 functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development process.

👉 Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies and tools.

🎯 Test Automation:

👉 Define the strategy and scope of test automation.

👉 Choose appropriate automation tools and automate test cases.

👉 Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testability.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience:

👉 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.

👉 Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

👉 Experience with functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

👉 Proficiency with bug tracking tools like Jira.

👉 Strong analytical and problem👉 solving skills.

👉 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

👉 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

👉 Experience with SQL and databases.

🎯 Preferred Skills & Experience:

👉 Experience in the FinTech domain, particularly in:

👉 Payment processing

👉 POS terminals

👉 Payment Gateways

👉 QR payments

👉 Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium and Appium.

👉 Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI.

👉 Knowledge of performance and security testing.

👉 Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

👉 Relevant certifications, such as ISTQB.
