🎯Key Responsibilities:
➤ Administer & maintain Tricentis qTest platform.
➤ Manage roles, permissions, workflows & integrations (Jira, Tosca, ALM, CI/CD).
➤ Support test automation workflows & execution.
➤ Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance & coordinate with vendors.
➤ Create reports/dashboards & train end-users.
Requirements:
➤ 4–7 years of QA Tools Admin experience (3+ years in qTest).
➤ Strong knowledge of qTest, Jira & test management tools.
➤ Hands-on in upgrades, performance tuning & user support.
➤ Excellent communication & documentation skills.
