- Health Insurance domain experience — hands-on knowledge is mandatory
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Developers, BAs, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid foundation in functional testing concepts — including Test Plans, Test Strategies, etc.
- Basic Automation experience is mandatory
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) is a plus
