🔍 Key Responsibilities
➤ Lead end-to-end test automation initiatives across multiple projects.
➤ Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using C# and Playwright.
➤ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align test strategies with business objectives.
➤ Implement AI-enhanced testing methodologies and QA best practices.
➤ Drive continuous improvement through test analysis, defect metrics, and KPIs.
➤ Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
➤ Minimum 8+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a Test Lead capacity.
➤ Strong hands-on expertise in C# and Playwright Automation.
➤ Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and test management tools.
➤ Exposure or interest in AI/ML-based testing approaches.
➤ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
