The Senior QA Engineer will take complete ownership of manual testing activities across web-based applications. This includes understanding business requirements, analyzing functional workflows, and designing detailed test strategies that ensure high product quality. The role requires deep expertise in functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, and exploratory testing to validate real-world user scenarios and edge cases.
💫 Test Planning, Test Case Design & Execution Excellence
The candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases aligned with product specifications. This involves mapping test coverage to business requirements, identifying risk areas, and ensuring full validation across features. Strong experience in writing reusable, structured, and traceable test cases is critical for maintaining long-term product quality and scalability.
💫 Web Application Testing (UI, Workflow & Integration Validation)
This role involves hands-on testing of modern web applications, validating UI behavior, user workflows, data consistency, and backend integrations. The QA Engineer will test across browsers, devices, and environments to ensure seamless functionality and consistent user experience. Understanding of client-server architecture, APIs, and data flow is a strong advantage.
💫 Defect Identification, Logging & Lifecycle Management
The Senior QA Engineer will identify defects early in the SDLC and log them using defect tracking tools.
