🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities
💫 Automation Testing with Selenium + Java
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Java, ensuring scalable and efficient test automation across applications.
💫 API Testing & Backend Validation
You will perform API testing using REST Assured, Postman, and SOAP, validating backend services, integrations, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
💫 Test Framework Design & Optimization
You will be responsible for building and enhancing robust test frameworks, improving reusability, maintainability, and overall testing efficiency.
💫 UI, API & Exploratory Testing
You will execute UI testing, API testing, and exploratory testing, ensuring high-quality application performance and identifying critical issues early.
💫 Root Cause Analysis & Quality Improvement
You will conduct root cause analysis of defects and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and product quality.
💫 Performance Testing (Good to Have)
Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner will be an added advantage for ensuring system scalability and performance.
💫 Agile Collaboration & Delivery
You will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring high test coverage, faster releases, and continuous delivery of quality software.
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 5–7 years of experience in software testing and QA engineering
💫 Strong expertise in automation testing (Selenium with Java)
💫 Hands-on experience in API testing (REST Assured, Postman, SOAP)
💫 Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
💫 Experience in test framework design and development
💫 Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
💫 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
💫 Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter / LoadRunner – preferred)
