🔍 Role Overview
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring application quality, data integrity, and system reliability through structured testing practices and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
💫 Manual Testing & Validation
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and system testing
• Design and execute test cases based on business requirements
💫 Defect Management
• Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA
• Ensure timely resolution and proper defect lifecycle management
💫 Website & Cross-Browser Testing
• Conduct website testing across browsers and devices
• Ensure consistent user experience and performance
💫 Database & Data Validation
• Perform data validation using basic SQL queries
• Validate data integrity during system migration
💫 System Migration Testing
• Support migration testing activities
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data
💫 Environment Access & Collaboration
• Access secure systems using VPN & RDP
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 2–5 years of experience in Manual Testing / QA
💫 Strong understanding of Regression Testing
💫 Hands-on experience with VPN & RDP environments
💫 Basic knowledge of SQL (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, WHERE clause)
💫 Experience with JIRA for defect tracking
💫 Exposure to System Migration Testing
💫 Experience in Website Testing
💫 Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
➕ Good to Have
💫 Basic knowledge of SAP systems (ERP / business processes)
💫 Experience with enterprise or large-scale applications
