🔍 Role Overview
As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring application quality, business validation, and defect-free delivery in insurance-based projects.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
💫 Manual Testing & Execution
• Perform functional, regression, and system testing
• Design and execute test cases based on requirements
💫 Domain-Based Testing (Insurance)
• Validate insurance workflows, policies, and business logic
• Ensure compliance with domain-specific requirements
💫 Defect Management & Documentation
• Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA
• Maintain documentation using Confluence
💫 QA Process & Collaboration
• Follow SDLC & STLC processes
• Work closely with QA teams, developers, and stakeholders
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 3–5 years (Mid-Level) / 5+ years (Senior-Level) in Manual Testing
💫 Mandatory experience in Insurance domain testing
💫 Strong understanding of insurance workflows and systems
💫 Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
💫 Good understanding of SDLC & STLC
💫 Excellent communication and analytical skills
🎓 Certification Requirement
💫 ISTQB Certification (Mandatory / Preferred as per role)
➕ Good to Have
💫 Experience working with insurance companies or large QA teams
💫 Exposure to enterprise-level applications
