🧩 Role Overview – QA Test Strategy Lead / Quality Assurance Analyst
NTT DATA Services is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance professional with expertise in test strategy and testing leadership to support enterprise software testing initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the overall testing strategy for software applications delivered to enterprise clients. The QA professional will work closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that testing processes align with business requirements and quality standards.
The role involves creating comprehensive testing frameworks, defining testing standards, and guiding testing teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
You will also play a leadership role in managing testing activities, reviewing test artifacts, and ensuring consistent execution of quality assurance practices across projects.
Because this role operates within enterprise consulting environments, the QA professional will collaborate with multiple teams and help ensure that software applications meet both technical requirements and client expectations.
This position is ideal for QA professionals who have experience in test strategy development, test management, automation testing practices, and Agile software delivery environments.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Develop a comprehensive test strategy outlining the approach for software application testing
• Create standardized test plans that guide testing activities across projects

🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and testing strategy development
• Strong expertise in test planning, test strategy design, and testing management
• Experience developing test cases and test scripts for enterprise software systems
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and automation testing tools
• Experience managing defect tracking and issue management tools
• Ability to identify potential testing risks and mitigation strategies
• Knowledge of performance testing techniques and testing tools
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management principles
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams
