💫 Server Testing & Backend Validation
As a Manual Test Engineer specializing in Server Testing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of enterprise backend systems and server-side applications. Your responsibilities will include validating server functionality, monitoring system responses, and ensuring seamless data processing across distributed environments.
💫 Manual Testing & Software Quality Assurance
You will perform end-to-end manual testing across server environments, verifying application behavior, business logic, and backend workflows. This includes executing functional testing, regression testing, and system testing to ensure high-quality software releases.
💫 Defect Identification & Root Cause Analysis
A key responsibility in this role is identifying defects, documenting issues clearly, and collaborating with development teams to resolve them efficiently. You will use bug tracking and defect management tools to ensure transparency and traceability throughout the testing lifecycle.
💫 SDLC & STLC Process Implementation
You will work within structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes, ensuring proper test planning, execution, and reporting. Your work will support reliable product delivery and improved software stability.
💫 Cross-Team Collaboration
This role requires strong collaboration with developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to validate server configurations, troubleshoot backend issues, and support release cycles in hybrid work environments.

💫 4–6 years of experience in Manual Testing and Software Quality Assurance
💫 Strong expertise in Server Testing and backend system validation
💫 Hands-on experience in functional testing, regression testing, and system testing
💫 Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
💫 Experience with bug tracking and defect management tools
💫 Ability to analyze logs, identify server-level issues, and support troubleshooting
💫 Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
💫 Experience working in enterprise software environments and hybrid teams
