🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities
💫 Manual Testing & Quality Validation
As a QA Manual Test Engineer, you will be responsible for performing end-to-end manual testing, ensuring high-quality application performance, usability, and reliability across software releases.
💫 Functional & Regression Testing
You will execute functional testing and regression testing, ensuring that new features and enhancements do not impact existing system functionalities.
💫 API Testing & Backend Validation
You will perform API testing using tools like Postman or similar, validating backend services, integrations, and data flow between systems for accuracy and consistency.
💫 Database Testing & SQL Expertise
You will work on database testing using SQL, validating data integrity, queries, and backend logic to ensure correct system behavior.
💫 Defect Tracking & Bug Management
You will identify, log, and track defects effectively, collaborating with development teams to ensure quick resolution and improved product quality.
💫 Automation Exposure (Added Advantage)
While the role is primarily manual, having 1–2 years of automation experience will be beneficial for supporting future automation initiatives and improving test efficiency.

🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 5+ years of experience in manual testing and software quality assurance
💫 Strong expertise in functional and regression testing
💫 Hands-on experience in API testing
💫 Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing
💫 Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
💫 Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
💫 Exposure to automation testing (1–2 years preferred but not mandatory)
