🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities
💫 Manual Testing & Quality Assurance
As a Manual QA Tester, you will be responsible for performing end-to-end manual testing across web and mobile applications, ensuring high-quality product delivery and seamless user experience.
💫 Functional, Regression & System Testing
You will execute functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, system testing, and integration testing, ensuring that all application components work efficiently and meet business requirements.
💫 Test Case Design & Execution
You will analyze business and functional requirements, and create detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data, ensuring complete coverage and accurate validation of features.
💫 Defect Tracking & Bug Management
You will identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps, ensuring proper defect lifecycle management and timely resolution.
💫 Cross-Browser & Web Testing
You will perform web and cross-browser testing, ensuring compatibility and consistent performance across different platforms and devices.
💫 Collaboration & Agile Practices
You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to continuous improvement and faster delivery cycles.
💫 Release Quality & Validation
You will ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards before release, minimizing production issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 5+ years of experience in manual testing and software quality assurance
💫 Strong expertise in functional, regression, smoke, system, and integration testing
💫 Hands-on experience in test case design, execution, and defect tracking
💫 Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
💫 Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps tools
💫 Knowledge of web and cross-browser testing
💫 Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
💫 Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred)
