🔍 Key Responsibilities
💫 Test Design & Execution
• Create test scenarios, test cases, and test plans
• Execute manual test cases for functional validation
💫 Defect Identification & Reporting
• Analyze test results and identify bugs/issues
• Prepare detailed defect reports and track resolution
💫 Test Documentation
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test reports
• Ensure proper documentation for test cycles and releases
💫 Cross-Team Collaboration
• Coordinate with Development, QA, and Process teams
• Ensure smooth execution of test cycles and product releases
💫 Quality Improvement
• Assist senior QA members and improve testing frameworks & processes
• Contribute to enhancing system productivity and product quality
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 1–3 years of experience in Manual Testing / QA
💫 Strong knowledge of functional testing and test case design
💫 Experience in bug tracking and reporting
💫 Understanding of SDLC & STLC processes
💫 Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
💫 Ability to work in a team-oriented Agile environment
