🧩 Role Overview – QA Engineer (Mobile & Web Testing)
3iTech Global is hiring an experienced QA Engineer to support quality assurance across mobile and web applications.
This role is ideal for professionals who have strong hands-on expertise in manual and automation testing, mobile app validation, API testing, and Agile delivery—high-demand skills in today’s software testing market.
In this role, you will:
• Perform end-to-end QA for mobile and web applications
• Build confidence in product quality through strong test coverage
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
You will play a key role in ensuring product reliability, usability, and release readiness.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual and automation testing for Android, iOS, and web applications
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and scenarios
• Conduct API testing using Postman
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Appium and Selenium
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear reporting and ownership
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders
• Support regression, functional, and integration testing cycles
• Ensure high-quality releases and production readiness
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities
• Continuously improve testing processes and automation coverage
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of core experience in QA / Software Testing
• Strong expertise in manual and automation testing
• Hands-on experience with Appium and Selenium
• Experience in mobile testing for Android and iOS
• API testing experience using Postman
• Strong understanding of Agile environments
• Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Hyderabad candidates only
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to cloud testing platforms
• Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA
• Basic SQL/database validation skills
