🧩 Role Overview – Manual Tester (Insurance Domain)
AQM Technologies is conducting a Walk-in Drive for experienced Manual Testers with strong domain knowledge in Group Health Insurance and Fire Insurance.
This role is ideal for QA professionals who have hands-on experience in insurance applications testing and are capable of ensuring high-quality delivery in mission-critical systems.
You will be responsible for performing functional testing, defect management, and end-to-end validation of insurance platforms.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional testing on General Insurance applications
• Design, create, and execute detailed test cases and scenarios
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
• Collaborate with developers and business teams for issue resolution
• Validate application workflows related to Group Health & Fire Insurance
• Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in software testing / QA
• Mandatory experience in Group Health Insurance and Fire Insurance domain
• Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies
• Experience in test case design, execution, and defect tracking
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments
