🧩 Role Overview – Full Stack Developer (Enterprise Systems)
Right Advisors is urgently hiring a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP backend and modern frontend technologies.
This role is designed for developers who have worked on large-scale applications with thousands of users and complex architectures.
You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable systems across both frontend and backend layers while working in a data-driven, performance-focused environment.
A key requirement for this role is experience in Life Sciences projects, making it highly valuable for candidates with domain-specific exposure.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain high-performance full stack applications
• Work on large codebases and enterprise-grade systems
• Build scalable backend services using PHP and custom frameworks
• Develop dynamic frontends using React, TypeScript, and Redux
• Write optimized SQL queries and manage databases like MySQL / MariaDB / ClickHouse
• Continuously improve code quality through refactoring and tech debt management
• Monitor system performance using tools like Sentry and Grafana
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Work independently and drive technical decisions
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Strong expertise in PHP (latest versions like PHP 8.x)
