🧩 Role Overview – QC (Manual Tester | Remote India)
AvenDATA is hiring a skilled QC (Manual Tester) to ensure software quality and reliability across enterprise applications.
This role is ideal for QA professionals looking to work remotely while contributing to high-quality backend systems and structured testing processes—key areas with strong demand and career growth.
You will collaborate with:
• Developers
• Project Managers
• QA & Testing Teams
This is a critical role where your testing expertise will directly impact product quality, system stability, and delivery efficiency.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Understand requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
• Create structured test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Execute manual testing and support tool-based testing when required
• Identify, document, and track bugs effectively
• Perform regression testing after bug fixes
• Collaborate with developers and project managers for quality improvements
• Track QA metrics such as defect density and open defect counts
• Contribute to improving testing strategies and QA processes
• Ensure application reliability and performance
• Support Agile development and release cycles
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
✅ Experience:
• 2–5 years of experience in Manual Testing / QA
• Strong experience in test case design and execution
• Experience working in Agile environments
🎓 Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
🛠️ Technical Skills:
• Manual Testing (Black-box & White-box Testing)
• Test Case Creation & Execution
• SQL for data validation
• Bug Tracking Tools (Jira preferred)
• Agile / Scrum methodology
• Basic understanding of backend systems
💡 Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality mindset
• Good verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
