🧩 Role Overview – Java Full-Stack Developer (Lead | Multiple Locations)
Covetus Technologies is hiring skilled Java Full-Stack Developers who can take ownership as a Lead and drive technical excellence across teams.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong backend and frontend expertise who are passionate about scalable architecture, team leadership, and delivering high-performance applications.
You will collaborate with:
• Development Teams
• Product Managers
• Architects & Stakeholders
This is a high-impact role where you will influence technical decisions, mentor teams, and contribute to large-scale enterprise applications.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Act as a Lead for Java Full Stack technologies and projects
• Collaborate with and guide development teams for high-quality delivery
• Take ownership of technical decisions and architecture design
• Work with cross-functional teams on system design and scalability
• Provide innovative and optimized technical solutions
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth
• Improve development processes for efficiency and quality
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles
• Drive performance, scalability, and security of applications
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
✅ Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
• Experience in handling technical responsibilities or leadership roles
🎓 Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
🛠️ Technical Skills:
• Java Full Stack Development
• Spring Framework & Hibernate
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Database: MySQL or Oracle
• REST API development and integration
