🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities
💫 Health Insurance Domain Testing Expertise
As a Health Insurance Tester, you will work on validating applications within the health insurance and claims processing domain. You will ensure system accuracy, compliance, and smooth functionality across policy and claims workflows.
💫 Manual Testing & Functional Validation
You will perform manual testing including functional, regression, and scenario-based validation of insurance applications. You will ensure all modules work as expected and meet business requirements without defects.
💫 Claims Processing & Workflow Testing
You will test health claims workflows, including claim creation, adjudication, approvals, and settlements. Strong domain knowledge will be essential to identify edge cases and ensure accurate processing.
💫 Defect Tracking & Quality Assurance
You will identify, log, and track defects using standard tools, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality releases. You will collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve issues efficiently.
💫 Agile Collaboration & Documentation
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to test planning, execution, and documentation while ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 1–4 years of experience in Manual Testing
💫 Mandatory experience in Health Insurance domain
💫 Strong knowledge of Health Claims processing workflows
💫 Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
💫 Ability to create and execute test cases and scenarios
💫 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
💫 Good communication and teamwork abilities
