🧩 Role Overview – QA Manual Tester (API + Data Validation)
Kalbii Global is looking for a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester who is not limited to UI validation but can also work confidently with APIs, backend data validation, and end-to-end system workflows.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy understanding how systems work behind the scenes and want to build expertise in high-demand QA skills like API Testing, SQL Validation, and Integration Testing.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform end-to-end manual testing for web and application features
• Validate APIs and verify request/response data using tools like Postman
• Perform data validation using SQL queries to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard bug tracking tools
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing scenarios
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality, stable releases
• Understand system workflows and validate complete business processes
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Manual Testing / QA
• Strong understanding of STLC, test case design, and defect lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with API Testing (Postman or similar tools)
• Basic knowledge of SQL for backend data validation
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
• Basic knowledge of Automation tools (Selenium / Cypress)
• Understanding of system integrations and data workflows
