🧩 Role Overview – Senior Playwright Automation QA
NewVision is hiring an experienced Senior Playwright Automation QA professional to strengthen its automation and quality engineering capabilities.
This role is ideal for senior QA experts with deep hands-on experience in Playwright Automation, MCP, and Playwright Agent who are ready to contribute to high-impact product delivery.
In this role, you will:
• Lead automation efforts across modern applications
• Build and maintain scalable Playwright-based frameworks
• Improve quality through advanced automation practices
You will play a key role in driving reliability, test coverage, and release confidence across the product lifecycle.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright
• Perform end-to-end automation testing across web applications
• Work with MCP and Playwright Agent in real project environments
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects with proper documentation
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders
• Improve automation coverage and test reliability
• Support CI/CD integration for automated test execution
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles
• Ensure high-quality, stable, and timely product releases
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of overall experience in QA / Software Testing
• Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright Automation
• Experience with MCP and Playwright Agent
• Strong understanding of automation framework design and execution
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Immediate joiners preferred
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Exposure to API testing tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
• Familiarity with enterprise-level applications
• Experience in modern QA engineering practices
