🧩 Role Overview – QA Manual Tester
Odysseus Solutions is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Manual Tester with strong expertise in manual testing, defect management, and API validation.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced Agile environment, contributing to product quality, and continuously upgrading their skills in modern QA tools and testing practices.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform end-to-end manual testing for web-based applications
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
• Conduct functional, regression, and responsive testing
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman
• Execute basic performance testing using JMeter
• Identify, log, and track defects through proper QA lifecycle
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality product releases
• Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to test strategy improvements
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Experience: 2–5 years in Manual Testing / QA Engineering
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies
• Hands-on experience in manual testing and defect tracking
• Exposure to API testing (Postman) and performance testing (JMeter)
• Knowledge of XML and responsive testing is an added advantage
• ISTQB certification is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools in QA/testing is good to have
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Work Location: Bangalore (Koramangala)
• Work Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM / 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
