🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities
💫 Manual Testing & Quality Assurance Execution
As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through comprehensive manual testing practices. You will design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and scenarios, ensuring complete functional coverage and delivering high-quality software releases.
💫 Functional, Regression & Exploratory Testing
You will perform end-to-end functional testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing across web and enterprise applications. Your role will involve identifying defects early, validating fixes, and ensuring minimal production issues, contributing to a seamless user experience.
💫 API Testing & Backend Validation
You will work extensively on API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar platforms. This includes validating request/response structures, data integrity, and backend workflows to ensure system reliability and integration stability.
💫 Agile Collaboration & Sprint Participation
You will actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Working closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams, you will ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and continuous improvement in testing processes.
💫 Defect Management & Stakeholder Communication
You will identify, log, and track defects using standard tools, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution. You will collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, providing clear updates on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 1.5 – 5 years of experience in Manual Testing
💫 Strong hands-on experience in functional and regression testing
💫 Good exposure to API Testing (Postman / Swagger or similar tools)
💫 Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)
💫 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
💫 Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
💫 Good communication and documentation skills
