🧩 Role Overview – Software Tester (Manual / Automation | Global Enterprise Program)
Skills Capital is hiring multiple Software Testers to join a global delivery team supporting a large-scale enterprise transformation program.
This role is ideal for quality-focused QA professionals who want to work on complex enterprise applications, combining manual testing, automation, and UAT support in a fully remote setup.
In this role, you will:
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases
• Validate enterprise workflows and application quality
• Collaborate with global teams across delivery cycles
You will play a key role in ensuring reliability, performance, and usability across business-critical systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, execute, and document manual test cases based on functional and technical requirements
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and backend applications
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements
• Identify, log, track, and validate defects using standard defect management tools
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and test strategy discussions
• Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and traceability across releases
• Support test data preparation and environment validation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks
• Work effectively in a remote, global delivery environment
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation)
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with test case design, execution, and defect tracking
• Experience with at least one test automation tool or framework
• Ability to work independently in a remote, global delivery environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of test planning, documentation, and quality assurance practices
⭐ Preferred Experience
• Automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
• API testing using Postman or REST clients
• Test management tools: Jira, TestRail, Zephyr
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution
• Experience testing enterprise or large-scale systems
• SAP or enterprise platform testing experience is a plus
