🧩 Role Overview – Junior QA Engineer (Manual Testing | Remote WFH)
Sticky Cards is hiring a Junior QA Engineer with strong manual testing fundamentals and a passion for finding bugs before users do.
This role is ideal for QA professionals who enjoy exploratory testing, improving product quality, and working in a collaborative remote setup.
In this role, you will:
• Perform manual testing across web and product workflows
• Identify issues and improve product reliability
• Support the team in delivering high-quality software releases
You will play a key role in ensuring the application is stable, intuitive, and user-friendly.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing of web and application features
• Execute test cases and document results clearly
• Identify, log, and track defects with proper details
• Use exploratory testing techniques to uncover hidden issues
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams for bug resolution
• Validate product behavior and user experience
• Support regression and functional testing cycles
• Contribute to quality improvements and process feedback
• Ensure smooth product performance before release
• Maintain clear test documentation and reporting
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Manual Testing / QA
• Solid understanding of QA fundamentals
• Strong attention to detail with an exploratory testing mindset
• Passion for delivering high-quality, reliable software
• Ability to identify issues and improve user experience
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Basic knowledge of automation testing
• Exposure to Selenium / Playwright
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
• Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA
