🧩 Role Overview – QA Tester (Selenium Automation | Remote)
Qualmission is hiring an experienced QA Tester with strong expertise in Selenium Automation.
This role is ideal for professionals seeking remote opportunities in automation testing, framework development, and enterprise software quality assurance—high-value skills in today’s tech market.
In this role, you will:
• Build and maintain automation test frameworks
• Execute automated and manual validation cycles
• Ensure stable, high-quality software releases
You will play a key role in improving testing efficiency, reducing production defects, and accelerating delivery cycles.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver
• Design and execute test cases for functional validation
• Perform regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Analyze test execution results and troubleshoot failures
• Identify, document, and track defects efficiently
• Improve and maintain reusable automation frameworks
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders
• Support release quality checks and test reporting
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities
• Ensure quality standards across applications
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5–8 years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Proficiency in Java / Python / C#
• Experience with TestNG or JUnit
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Strong understanding of automation testing concepts
• Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• API Testing using Postman / REST tools
• Playwright or Cypress exposure
• Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps experience
• SQL / Database validation knowledge
• Cloud testing experience
