🧩 Role Overview – QA Automation Engineer (Selenium | JMeter | Web & Mobile Testing)
Techior Solutions is hiring a QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.
This role is ideal for professionals looking to grow in high-demand QA domains like automation testing, performance testing, and enterprise application quality engineering—areas with strong market demand and high CPC value.
In this role, you will:
• Develop and execute automation test scripts
• Perform performance and load testing using JMeter
• Ensure high-quality delivery across web and mobile applications
You will play a key role in improving product quality, system performance, and overall user experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute automation test scripts using Selenium (Java)
• Perform manual testing across web and mobile applications
• Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter
• Create and maintain detailed test cases and QA documentation
• Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools
• Perform database validation and backend testing
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing
• Collaborate with developers and product teams in Agile environments
• Ensure product quality, performance, and release readiness
• Continuously improve testing strategies and QA processes
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in QA / Automation Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium (Java)
• Experience in performance testing using JMeter
• Experience in web and mobile application testing
• Knowledge of bug tracking tools and defect management
• Basic understanding of database testing (SQL)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA processes
• Good analytical, debugging, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• API testing knowledge (Postman / REST APIs)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and Git
• Exposure to cloud-based testing environments
• Basic automation framework development knowledge
