As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, and supporting hiring needs across US-based clients.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
💫 Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment
💫 Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring requirements
💫 Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CEIPAL, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder
💫 Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidate interviews
💫 Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships
💫 Ensure timely closures and quality hiring
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Staffing
✔ Strong understanding of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099)
✔ Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Strong organizational and time management abilities
✔ Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)
