💫 PHP 8 CRM Application Development & Optimization
As a Senior PHP Developer, you will be responsible for optimizing and delivering new features for a PHP 8-based CRM application. You will work on scalable backend solutions that improve performance, stability, and maintainability across enterprise workflows.
💫 Database Engineering & SQL Performance Tuning
You will work with large database schemas using MS SQL Server, including adding and updating tables, managing rows, and refactoring complex SQL and stored procedures. A strong focus on data integrity, performance, and backend efficiency will be essential in this role.
💫 Backend Architecture & Scalable System Support
You will contribute to scalable backend operations using PHP frameworks, LAMP-based systems, and supporting tools such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and SupervisorD. Your work will help improve system reliability, job handling, and application responsiveness.
💫 Testing, Documentation & Quality Support
You will write unit tests and technical documentation, ensuring code quality and maintainability. You will also support code health through structured development practices and proactive issue resolution.
💫 Agile Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
You will work in an Agile environment with a 2-week cadence, collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, QA, Application Support, Business Operations, and DevOps teams to triage bugs and deliver high-quality solutions.
💫 Performance Monitoring & Debugging
You will leverage APM tools such as DataDog to identify performance bottlenecks and support proactive issue remediation. Strong troubleshooting skills will be critical for maintaining system stability and release quality.
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications
💫 7–10 years of professional experience in PHP development
💫 Strong experience with web-based and CLI-based applications
💫 Hands-on experience with PHP frameworks, especially Symfony / API Platform / design-pattern-based frameworks
💫 Experience working with MS SQL Server, complex SQL, and stored procedures
💫 Strong knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ, and SupervisorD
💫 Familiarity with DataDog or similar APM tools
💫 Strong understanding of Git workflows, branching, pull requests, and conflict resolution
💫 Comfortable working on Linux environments including SSH, SFTP, SCP, and command line tools
💫 Ability to work independently in a remote, Agile environment
💫 Experience designing fault-tolerant cloud architectures
💫 Exposure to Jira / Confluence for tracking and documentation
💫 Experience with Azure / AWS / GCP PaaS
💫 Ability to create architecture diagrams using Visio or LucidChart
